ARMRIT Commission on Accreditation Visit 2025

In April, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James Coffin and Mrs. Constance Coffin, who are members of the ARMRIT Commission on Accreditation, for our annual ARMRIT Accreditation Renewal. The commssion was welcomed by our MRI teaching staff: MRI Program Director and Chief Instructor Estela Stoner, and Instructor of MRI Physics and Safety David Nhem. The commission inspected the Aquarius Institute facility and reviewed our MRI curriculum to ensure that it met the standards of ARMRIT accreditation. They also visited our partnered clinical facilities to observe the performance of our students in the clinical internship program and to verify that the program met ARMRIT’s clinical guideline standards.

The commission provided valuable insights into new and innovative ways to upgrade our MRI curriculum. They emphasized the importance of incorporating training modules such as Corsmed to enhance student understanding and promote application-based learning.

The ARMRIT commission also guided our staff on effectively tracking student performance and progress throughout the clinical internship process. They were impressed by our strong clinical network and pleased with the success of many of our students at these partner facilities.

ARMRIT concluded their visit to the Aquarius Institute in Des Plaines, IL with expressed interest in visiting our new Dallas, Texas location. We look forward to welcoming the commission to Dallas for another visit!

We sincerely thank Mr. James Coffin and the rest of the ARMRIT Commission on Accreditation for visiting our facility. We are proud to continue advancing MRI as a specialty under the ARMRIT gold standard.
